DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018]Next, the invention will be described in detail in reference to the accompany drawings and embodiments thereof.
[0019]The embodiments of the invention provide a thin film reeling device, which can regulate a position of a thin film during reeling of the punched thin film by disposing a rotating bowl around a rotating shaft and providing baffle plates at two ends of the rotating bowl. With such configuration, an alignment hole of the thin film can accurately engage with a gear of a punching mechanism, and the punching mechanism can perform an accurate punching and avoid the case that a TCP or COF is cut in deflection or cut off, thus increasing product efficiency and decrease waste. Preferably, a notch may be formed on either baffle plate so as to observe the reeling height of the punched thin film and is helpful for cleaning the punched thin film from the reeling device in time. An operation hole may be formed on either baffle plate, which is convenient for inserting and pulling and easy for operation.
[0020]FIG. 1 is a partial structural schematic view of a thin film reeling device according to an embodiment of the invention. The thin film reeling device includes a rotating shaft 10 and the rotating shaft 10 is nested into a rotating bowl 20. A first baffle plate 1 and a second baffle plate 2 are provided at two ends of the rotating bowl 20, respectively, for reeling a punched thin film. The first baffle plate 1 and the second baffle plate 2 may reel the thin film in a regular manner during reeling of the punched thin film and prevent the punched thin film deflecting from a regular position and avoid the case that the thin film is cut in deflection or cut off in the punching process. In particular, the rotating bowl 20 is formed by combining an inner rotating bowl 3 and an outer rotating bowl 4, which both have a barrel shape and are nested on the rotating shaft 10. When the thin film reeling device of the embodiment is in operation, the rotating shaft 10 rotates and thus makes the rotating bowl 20 rotate, and the punched thin film from a punching mechanism is reeled on the rotating bowl 20 regularly. The alignment hole on the thin film is engaged with the gear of the punching mechanism accurately. Therefore, the punching mechanism can perform an accurate punching and prevent the thin film from being cut in deflection or cut off.
[0021]FIG. 2 is a schematic structural view of the outer rotating bowl of the thin film reeling device according to the embodiment of the invention. One end of the outer rotating bowl 4 is connected or provided with the second baffle plate 2, and on the outer wall of the other end there is provided at least one slot 5 for inserting connection with the inner rotating bowl 3. Several operation holes 6 for inserting and pulling operation may be provided on the second baffle plate 2. The specific position of the operation holes 6 may be determined according to the way by which the inserting and pulling operation is performed. For example, the operation holes 6 may be provided at the positions symmetrically around the central portion as shown in FIG. 2 so as to ease the inserting and pulling operation. Several notches 7 for observing the reeling height after punching may also be provided on the second baffle plate 2. The reeling height of the thin film on the rotating bowl 20 of the reeled thin film after punching can be observed through the notches 7. When the punched thin film is reeled up to a height at which the thin film is needed to be cleaned, the inner rotating bowl 3 and the outer rotating bowl 4 may be rotated in opposite directions respectively with the operation hole 6 and be separated from each other, and then the punched thin film is taken away from the reeling device. An axile bush 8 for nesting the rotating shaft 10 may be provided in the center of the second baffle plate 2, and a key groove 9 for fixing the rotating shaft 10 is provided on the inner wall of the axile bush 8. A key or a protrusion bar on the rotating shaft 10 is inserted into the key groove 9, so that the rotating shaft 10 and the outer rotating bowl 4 are connected in operation.
[0022]FIG. 3 is a schematic structural view of the inner rotating bowl of the thin film reeling device according to the embodiment of the invention. The end of the inner rotating bowl 3 is connected or provided with the first baffle plate 1, and at least one inserting block 11 is provided on the outer wall of the other end. The inserting block 11 is inserted into a corresponding slot 5 on the outer rotating bowl 4 when the inner rotating bowl 3 and the outer rotating bowl 4 are coupled with each other in assembly. A center hole 13 through which the rotating shaft 10 passes is provided in the center of the first baffle plate 1. Several operation holes 6 for inserting and pulling operation may be also provided on the first baffle plate 1, and several notches 7 may be provided on the first baffle plate 1 as well.
[0023]FIG. 4 is a cross sectional schematic view showing the thin film reeling device after being assembled according to the embodiment of the invention. When the thin film reeling device according to the embodiment of the invention is assembled, the inserting block 11 of the inner rotating bowl 3 is aligned with and inserted into the slot 5 of the outer rotating bowl 4, and the inner rotating bowl 3 is inserted into the outer rotating bowl 4. A cross trench 12 for cross slipping of the inserting block 11 therein is provided on the inner wall of the outer rotating bowl 4. With this configuration, after insertion the inner rotating bowl 3 and the outer rotating bowl 4 rotate oppositely and the inserting block 11 is slipped in the cross trench 12, which integrates the inner rotating bowl 3 and the outer rotating bowl 4 into the whole rotating bowl 20. Then, the axile bush 8 of the outer rotating bowl 4 nests on the rotating shaft 10 and makes the key on the rotating shaft 10 inserted into the key groove 9, so that the rotating shaft 10 and the rotating bowl 20 is integrated. By this way, the rotating shaft 10 can rotate together with the rotating bowl 20. The punched thin film is reeled up regularly on the rotating bowl 20, so that the gear of the punching mechanism can engaged with the alignment hole of the thin film accurately. The reeling device according to the embodiment can avoid the thin film being cut in deflection or cut off and thus increase the production efficiency and decrease the waste.
[0024]The thin film reeling device according to the embodiment of the invention may be fabricated with antistatic materials, so that the under-cutting (or insufficiently cut) portion of the thin film can be reused, and the cost is saved. The distance between the first baffle plate 3 and the second baffle plate 4 may be determined according to the width of the thin film. The distance may be a little wider than the width of the thin film so as to appropriately receive and perform the reeling of the thin film. The height of the notches 7 may be determined according to the cleaning height of the reeled thin film, up to which the reeled thin film is needed to be cleaned. The distance between the lower edge of the notches 7 and the rotating bowl 20 is less than the cleaning height of the thin film. When the punched thin film is reeled on the thin film reeling device up to the cleaning height and is needed to be cleaned, the inner rotating bowl 3 and the outer rotating bowl 4 can be separated with the operation holes 6 and the punched thin film is taken away from the device. After completion of the cleaning, the rotating shaft 10, the inner rotating bowl 3, and the outer rotating 4 are assembled together according to the above-mentioned method, and then the reeling of the punched thin film may be performed again. The operation is simple and easy to perform.
[0025]The invention being thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to those skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
