Abstract:
Disclosed is a shank of a four-piece forging of golf club head. A top
piece of the four-piece forging of club head forms, at a portion thereof
adjacent to the shank, a two-staged structure of an outward flaring
sector-shaped connection portion that is combined with the shank, whereby
an abutting condition exhibiting a smooth surface is formed at a jointing
site between the shank and the club head in the course of performing
welding operation between the shank and the club head for reducing the
amount of filling material used in carrying out the welding operation and
making the welding operation, as well as the subsequent grinding
operation, easier and smoother. Thus, with the quality improved, the
flexibility of design can also be enhanced to reduce the machining time
and the manufacturing costs.Claims:

circumference thereof, and a vacuum heat-insulated space being formed
between said outer side wall and said inner side wall and extending
completely along the end face and the side wall of the cup lid and being
completely free of substance contained therein, the inner side wall

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a cup lid having a good heat insulation function.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART
[0002] A hollow heat-insulated cup is generally known as a thermos cup; it is used popularly by and welcome among people because it is heat-insulated and can prevent hands from being burnt. Conventional heat-insulated cup structures are usually a double layer structure made of stainless steel, which includes an outer wall and inner wall, and a heat insulation space is formed between the outer wall and inner wall, where the heat insulation space is evacuated during manufacturing, prevent air from becoming a heat conductive medium between the outer wall and inner wall. A user will not feel hot while holding a cup on the outer wall even if the cup is filled with boiled hot water therein because conventional hollow heat-insulated cup has a very good heat insulation effect.
[0003] Although a cup body of a conventional hollow heat-insulated cup has a good heat insulation effect, a conventional cup lid adapted to match with the cup body has been designed without any structure capable of blocking heat convection until now. Therefore, heat of water filled in the cup body will usually be conducted to the cup lid and then dissipated from it such that water temperature in the cup body cannot maintain long.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The object of the present invention is to provide a vacuum insulation cup lid, allowing a thermos cup to maintain a heat insulation effect longer.
[0005] The vacuum insulation cup lid of the present invention adapted to match a cup body of the vacuum insulation cup is further formed into a hollow heat-insulated structure, allowing the cup body and cup lid to form a more perfectly heat-insulated structure after the combination of the cup body and cup lid. Whereby, the heat of water filled in the cup body cannot be conducted through the cup body and cup lid directly, and heat dissipation in the cup body can further be delayed, achieving a longer heat insulation effect.
[0006] Based on this, the present invention proposes a vacuum insulation cup lid, formed with an outer side wall and inner side wall integrated with each other on an end face and the side wall of the circumference thereof, a vacuum heat-insulated space being formed between the outer side wall and inner side wall, the inner diameter of the inner side wall being formed with an inner thread, and the insulation cup being formed by engaging the inner thread with an outer thread of a cup body having a similar heat-insulated function, thereby maintaining water temperature in the cup body longer.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0007] FIG. 1 is a is a cross-sectional view of a vacuum insulation cup lid structure of a preferred embodiment according to the present invention;
[0008] FIG. 2 is an exploded view of a combination correlation between a cup lid and cup body of a vacuum insulation cup of the embodiment according to the present invention; and
[0009] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of a vacuum insulation cup lip and cup body of the embodiment of the present invention after the combination thereof.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0010] Referring to FIG. 1, which shows a vacuum insulation cup lid of a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one end face and a side wall of the circumference of a cup lid 1 are integrally formed into a outer side wall 11 and inner side wall 12, where a heat-insulated space 13 is formed between the outer side wall 11 and inner side wall 12. In addition, an internal thread 14 is formed on an inner diameter of the inner side wall 12. the heat-insulated space 13 is a sealed space, evacuated by drawing air therefrom completely upon the manufacturing of the cup lid, allowing no medium capable of conducting heat to exist between the outer side wall 11 and inner side wall 12.
[0011] Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, which show the combination of the cup lid 1 and a cup body 2 having a similar heat-insulated effect, the cup body 2 is a container allowing water, tea or liquid to be filled therein; it has an inner space extended downward to a certain depth, and an opening is formed on the upper side of the inner space, where an external thread 21 matching with the internal thread 12 mentioned above may be disposed on the outer diameter of the opening. The cup body 2 has an outer side wall 22 and inner side wall 23, and a heat-insulated space 24 formed between the outer side wall 22 and inner side wall 23. Furthermore, the outer side wall 22 and inner side wall 23 are extended integrally upon manufacturing, and a distance is kept between outer side wall 22 and inner side wall 23 so as to form a heat-insulated space. Thereafter, air in the heat-insulated space 24 is drawn out completely to form a vacuum space so that liquid heat in the internal space of the cup body 2 can be prevented from dissipating in a vacuum state that no air medium exists in the heat-insulated space 24.
[0012] The internal thread 14 of the cup lid 1 being engaged directly with the external thread 21 of the cup body 2 can prevent heat in the cup body 2 from being conducted through and dissipated from the cup body 2 and cup lid 1 through the structures of the cup lid 1 and cup body 2 mentioned above, thereby achieving a long heat insulation effect after liquid such as water, tea or drink is filled in the cup body 2.
[0013] Additional advantages and modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. Therefore, the invention in its broader aspects is not limited to the specific details and representative embodiments shown and described herein. Accordingly, various modifications may be made without departing from the spirit or scope of the general inventive concept as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
