Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adhesive tape cleaner for removing
foreign substances such as dust or hair from clothes, blankets or the
like. More particularly, the present invention relates to an adhesive
tape cleaner comprising a cylindrical roller which has an outer surface
having an accommodation part and which rotates about a center shaft; a
handle which includes a fixing member (210) arranged to be projectable
toward the accommodation part, and which is forcedly inserted into the
center shaft; and a tape fitted to the outer surface of the roller. The
fixing member is fixed at one point of the accommodation part when
projected, thus easily recognizing the cut part of the tape.Claims:
1. An adhesive tape cleaner, comprising: a cylindrical roller 100 which
has an outer surface having an accommodation part 111 and which rotates
about a center shaft 110; a handle 200 which includes a fixing member 210
arranged to be projectable toward the accommodation part 111 and which is
forcedly inserted into the center shaft 110; and a tape 300 fitted to the
outer side of the roller 100, the fixing member 210 is fixed at a point
111a of the accommodation part 111 when projected, thus easily
recognizing the cut part of the tape 300.
2. The cleaner of claim 1, wherein the accommodation part 111 is cut from an outer surface of the center shaft 110 toward an inner side and is formed like a wedge which gradually contracts in size toward the point 111a, and the fixing member 210 is guided to be fixed at the point 111a.
3. The cleaner of claim 1, wherein the fixing member 210 is formed in a longitudinal and thin rod shape.
4. The cleaner of claim 1, wherein a guide groove 120 is cut by a predetermined length along an outer surface from the top of the roller 100 positioned on the same line as the point 111a, so the adhesive tape 300 is cut along the guide groove 120, thus easily cutting after use.
5. The cleaner of claim 1, wherein the adhesive tape 300 is cut by a predetermined length along an outer surface from the top to form a cutting guide groove 310, thus easily cutting after use.
6. The cleaner of claim 1, wherein the adhesive tape 300 is wound for the non-adhesive part 320 formed at regular intervals to be positioned at the point, and a cutting line is formed at both ends of the non-adhesive part 320, thus easily exposing the adhesive surface and easily cutting.
7. The present invention relates to an adhesive tape cleaner for removing foreign substances such as dust or hair from clothes, blankets or the like. More particularly, the present invention relates to an adhesive tape cleaner comprising a cylindrical roller which has an outer surface having an accommodation part and which rotates about a center shaft; a handle which includes a fixing member 210 arranged to be projectable toward the accommodation part, and which is forcedly inserted into the center shaft; and a tape fitted to the outer surface of the roller. The fixing member is fixed at one point of the accommodation part when projected, thus easily recognizing the cut part of the tape.

TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to an adhesive tape cleaner for removing foreign substances such as dust or hair from clothes, blanket or the like, and in particular to an adhesive tape cleaner which may use a typical adhesive tape available in the market and makes it possible to easily locate where an adhesive tape is cut since there are provided a fixing member and an accommodation part for fixing the fixing member, thus improving convenience when in use.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] In general, it is hard to remove, through cleaning or washing, various impurities such as dust, hair, seam, etc. stuck on the surfaces of various products such as clothes, blankets, carpets, mattress, etc. which in general used at home or in life. When a vacuum cleaner or a washing machine is used in order to remove small-sized impurities, it may consume electric power, for which a box adhesive tape or a visible adhesive tape (hereinafter referred to as `typical adhesive tape`) is used a lot.
[0003] The above mentioned typical adhesive tape may be used in such a way that an adhesive surface is exposed, and the adhesive tape is drawn out by a predetermined length and is fixed in place and used. When the adhesive surface loses the nature of its function as an adhesive tape after it was used for a predetermined time, the corresponding exposed portion is cut off, and a new adhesive surface is drawn out and used.
[0004] However, the previously cut portion still remains adhered while the new adhesive surface is exposed, so it is hard to locate the cutting position, and while the adhesive surface is drawn out, the adhesive tape may be wound more than one round, which may result in over consumption of the adhesive tape. In addition, a predetermined cutting tool is necessary to cut off the portion where impurities are stuck on, which may cause inconvenience, so the user may be hurt.
[0005] Meanwhile, various kinds of adhesive tape cleaners are available in the market along with the adhesive tape to be inserted into the adhesive tape cleaner, but the price is higher as compared with the typical adhesive tape. When it needs to exchange the adhesive tape, all components may be disassembled or it needs to periodically wash and dry based on the kinds of products, which cause many conveniences.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
Technical Problem
[0009] Accordingly, the present invention is made in an effort to resolve the problems in the conventional art, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive tape cleaner which is characterized in that there is provided a fixing member fixed at an accommodation part formed at a center shaft of a roller, so it is easy to recognize the cut part of the tape when using an adhesive tape cleaner, and the adhesive tape may be cut off at a proper position, thus decreasing the over consumption of the adhesive tape.
[0010] To achieve the above objects, there is provided an adhesive tape cleaner which may include a cylindrical roller which has an outer surface having an accommodation part and which rotates about a center shaft; a handle which includes a fixing member arranged to be projectable toward the accommodation part and which is forcedly inserted into the center shaft; and a tape fitted to the outer side of the roller.

Advantageous Effects
[0014] The present invention has advantages in that a wedge-shaped accommodation part is cut from an outer surface of the center shaft to the inner side and gradually contracts in size upward, and the fixing member is installed protruding toward the accommodation part, and when the fixing member protrudes, it may be fixed at the point, so it is easy to easily recognize where the adhesive tape is cut off, and the fixing member may be guided to be fixed at the point, thus enhancing the convenience when in use.
[0015] In addition, the fixing member is formed in a longitudinal and thin rod shape, so where the adhesive tape is cut off may be accurately recognized, and when using the adhesive tape cleaner, it is possible to prevent any interference with the fixing member.
[0016] The guide groove may be formed at the roller, and the adhesive tape inserted into the outer side of the roller may be cut along the guide groove, and since the cutting guide groove is formed at the adhesive tape, the cut adhesive tape is cut at a predetermined position, and even when the cleaner is repeatedly used, the adhesive surface may be easily drawn out, and the used adhesive tape may be easily removed. In addition, the consumption of the adhesive tape may be significantly decreased, which may results in economic use.

[0018] In addition, the adhesive tape wound for the adhesive tape to be exposed to the outside may be formed at the adhesive surface for the non-adhesive part with a predetermined length to be positioned at the point, and the adhesive surface exposed by easily tearing off using the cutting line formed at both ends of the non-adhesive part may be used to clean, and after the cleaning is finished, it is possible to easily tear off using the cutting line.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0028] The present invention is directed to an adhesive tape cleaner comprising a cylindrical roller which has an outer surface having an accommodation part and which rotates about a center shaft; a handle which includes a fixing member 210 arranged to be projectable toward the accommodation part, and which is forcedly inserted into the center shaft; and a tape fitted to the outer side of the roller, the fixing member is fixed at one point of the accommodation part when projected, thus easily recognizing the cut part of the tape.

[0030] The adhesive tape cleaner according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9.
[0031] As illustrated in FIG. 1, the adhesive tape cleaner according to the present invention may include a cylindrical roller 100, a handle 200, and an adhesive tape 300 which is inserted into the outer side of the roller 100. The adhesive tape 300 is a box adhesive tape or a visible adhesive tape which is available in the market (hereinafter referred to as `typical adhesive tape`), but it is not limited thereby.
[0032] The roller 100 rotates about the center shaft 110 formed in the center, and a fixing protrusion is formed at the top of the roller 100 while matching therewith, and when the adhesive tape 300 is inserted into the outer side of the roller 100, the fixing protrusion contacts with the top of the adhesive tape 300, thus preventing the adhesive tape 300 from separating, and the adhesive tape 300 may be fixed to rotate together with the roller 100. In addition, since the adhesive tape 300 is inserted into the outer side of the roller 100 and is fixed by the fixing protrusion, so when exchanging the roller 300, it does not need to separate all the components, which may result in easier exchange.
[0033] Meanwhile, the fixing protrusion, as mentioned earlier, may be formed at the top of the roller 100, but it is not limited thereto. The fixing protrusion may be formed in various forms or at various positions for the adhesive tape 300 to be fixed, and the number of the fixing protrusions is not limited.
[0034] The center shaft 110 is formed about the center of the roller 100, and as illustrated in FIG. 2, the outer side of the center shaft 110 may be formed in a cylindrical shape the radius of which is smaller than that of the roller 100, but it may be formed in various forms, not limiting thereto. However, since the handle 200 tightly fits the center shaft 110, and the roller 100 needs to independently rotate together with the handle 200, it is preferred that the inner side of the center shaft 110 may be formed in a cylindrical shape.
[0035] Meanwhile, when it needs to reuse the adhesive tape after impurities have been removed using the conventional adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape the adhering force of which has been lost, has been cut off, and after a predetermined time has lapsed, it is hard to recognize where the cut portion is positioned, so in the conventional adhesive tape, the user used to locate the cut portion based on his feeling. When repeatedly reusing the adhesive tape so as to remove the impurities, that the above procedure is repeated, may cause many inconveniences.
[0036] Therefore, the adhesive tape cleaner according to the present invention may include the accommodation part 111 formed at an outer surface of the center shaft 110, and at the handle 200, the fixing member 210 is installed protruding toward the accommodation part 111. When the fixing member 210 protrudes, the fixing member 210 may be fixed at the point 111a of the accommodation part 111, thus recovering the above problems.

In this case, it is possible to easily recognize the cut position of the adhesive tape 300, thus enhancing convenience when in use.
[0040] Meanwhile, the accommodation part 111 may be formed in various forms depending on the type of the fixing member 210 and may be cut from the outer surface of the center shaft 110 to the inner side, namely, may be formed in a wedge shape which gradually contracts in size toward the point 111a of the accommodation part 111.

At this time, the cut portion of the adhesive tape 300 is placed at the same position as the point 111a of the accommodation part 111, thus easily locating where the cut portion of the adhesive tape 300 is.
[0046] Thereafter, when using the adhesive tape cleaner according to the present invention, the fixing member 210 is lowered to position within the handle 200, and the roller 100 may rotate independently from the handle 200 since there is not any interference with the fixing member 210.

Since the guide groove 120 is positioned on the same line as the point 111a of the accommodation part 111, when the adhesive tape 300 is inserted into the roller 100, it does not need to consider where the cut portion is. Since the adhesive tape 300 is inserted into the roller 100 and is cut along the guide groove 120, the adhesive tape 300 may be cut off where the fixing member 210 is fixed.

The adhesive surface including the portion which is obliquely cut as illustrated in FIG. 6 is exposed, and the adhesive tape 300 is wound by one round, and the obliquely cut portion is fixedly attached to the adhesive surface. The handle 200 may be formed in a shape to the extent that there may be not any problems when using the adhesive tape cleaner of the present invention.

Since the wound non-adhesive part does not contact with another non-adhesive part 320, it is possible to easily tear off the cutting line formed at an end of the non-adhesive part 320, thus easily exposing the adhesive surface.

Furthermore, since the adhesive tape 300 is stacked, and the current line is formed, the user can easily cut the used adhesive tape 300.
