Description:
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a stereo garage, and in particular to an aisle-stacking-type stereo garage driven by a linear motor.
BACKGROUND
[0002] A longitudinal moving driving device of an existing conventional aisle-stacking-type stereo garage adopts a rotary motor and a steel wire rope or a chain. Such a driving device is complex in structure and inconvenient to maintain, is subject to high-layer long-distance limitation and leads to a slow vehicle storage and vehicle taking speed. Due to these problems, aisle-stacking-type stereo garages cannot be widely applied at present. A stereo garage which is free of a steel wire rope and a chain and is driven by a linear motor to move longitudinally is disclosed in a Chinese utility model "Longitudinal Moving Direct-driven Device for Stereo Garage" (with the publication number of CN102322166A and the publication date of Jan. 18, 2012). The longitudinal moving direct-driven device for the stereo garage comprises a garage frame 1, parking spaces 2, a lifting platform 3, a first direct-driven longitudinal moving linear motor 4, a second direct-driven longitudinal moving linear motor 5, a transverse moving vehicle carrying plate 6, a passage layer 7 and a passage layer rail 8. The first direct-driven longitudinal moving linear motor 4 is mounted on the transverse moving vehicle carrying plate 6 on the lifting platform 3 and a beam of the garage frame 1, and the second direct-driven longitudinal moving linear motor 5 is mounted on the transverse moving vehicle carrying plate 6 and the passage layer 7. The longitudinal movement of the stereo garage is driven by the first direct-driven longitudinal moving linear motor 4 and the second direct-driven longitudinal moving linear motor 5. The novel and fast driving device is simple in structure, has fewer wearing parts, requires less maintenance, and is convenient to maintain, thus shortening the time for storing or taking an automobile in a single time. Without additional lifting and longitudinal moving parts, the storage capacity is increased by several times. Compared with a conventional stereo garage, the stereo garage features higher operation efficiency and lower operation and manufacturing costs. However, the stereo garage operates in a mode of sending automobiles to each layer through a fixed elevator and then performing longitudinal operation, and does not operate in a mode of directly sending the automobiles to each parking space through a moving elevator, that is, the stereo garage does not operate in the mode of an aisle-stacking-type stereo garage.
Technical Problems
[0003] The present invention provides an aisle-stacking-type stereo garage driven by a linear motor. The aisle-stacking-type stereo garage is directly driven by the linear motor and has the advantages that the stereo garage is simple in structure, convenient to install, flexible in design and low in cost, the storage capacity is increased by several times, and the time for single-time vehicle storage or taking by an owner is short.

The application of the aisle-stacking-type stereo garage driven by the linear motor used for the stereo garage will certainly speed up the development of the stereo garage and play a more active role in alleviating the parking difficulty in urban areas.
