Abstract:
A modular ornament kit includes a vehicle body. A front wheel unit is
selectively coupled to the vehicle body and a rear wheel unit is
selectively coupled to the vehicle body. A chair is selectively coupled
to the vehicle body and a smoke stack is coupled to the vehicle body. A
breather is coupled to the vehicle body and a steering wheel is coupled
to the vehicle body. In this way the vehicle body, the front wheel unit,
the rear wheel unit, the chair, the smoke stack, the breather and the
steering wheel from a tractor. A pair of pins is provided and each of the
pins is inserted into the vehicle body. Each of the pins is selectively
coupled to the Christmas tree thereby facilitating the tractor to be
suspended from the Christmas tree in the convention of a Christmas
ornament.Claims:
1. A modular ornament kit being configured to be selectively kit and
suspended on a Christmas tree, said kit comprising: a vehicle body; a
front wheel unit being selectively coupled to said vehicle body; a rear
wheel unit being selectively coupled to said vehicle body; a chair being
selectively coupled to said vehicle body; a smoke stack being coupled to
said vehicle body; a breather being coupled to said vehicle body; a
steering wheel being coupled to said vehicle body; and a pair of pins,
each of said pins being inserted into said vehicle body wherein each of
said pins is configured to be coupled to the Christmas tree thereby
facilitating said vehicle body to be suspended from the Christmas tree in
the convention of a Christmas ornament, each of said pins having a loop
portion, said loop portion being positionable to extend outside of said
vehicle body.

The kit according to claim 1, wherein said vehicle body comprises a plate having a first member being oriented transverse with respect to a second member, said second member having a first end and a second end, said first member being spaced from said first end such that said plate has a cross shape, said plate having a top surface and a bottom surface.

The kit according to claim 2, further comprising a first block having an upper surface, a lower surface, a front surface and a back surface, said back surface angling rearward between said upper surface and said lower surface, said first block being positioned on said top surface corresponding to said second member having said back surface being aligned with an intersection between said first member and said second member such that said first block defines an engine housing of a tractor.
4. The kit according to claim 3, wherein said back surface has a first aperture extending inwardly therein, said upper surface having a second aperture extending toward said lower surface, said second aperture being positioned closer to said front surface than said back surface.

The kit according to claim 2, wherein said front wheel unit comprises a second block having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface, said top surface being positioned on said bottom surface of said plate, said second block being aligned with said second end of said second member.
6. The kit according to claim 5, wherein said second block has an aperture extending through said first and second lateral surfaces, said aperture being positioned closer to said bottom surface than said top surface.
7. The kit according to claim 6, further comprising a front axle having a first end and a second end, said front axle being inserted through said aperture in said second block having each of said first end and said second end of said front axle being exposed.

The kit according to claim 7, further comprising a pair of front wheels, each of said front wheels insertably receiving an associated one of said first end and said second end of said front axle such that each of said front wheels is spaced from an associated one of said first lateral surface and said second lateral surface of said second block.
9. The kit according to claim 1, wherein said rear wheel unit comprises a third block having a top surface, a first sidelong surface and a second sidelong surface, said third block being elongated between said first and second sidelong surfaces.

The kit according to claim 9, wherein: said vehicle body includes a plate, said plate having a first member and a bottom surface; and said first sidelong surface has a first well extending toward said second sidelong surface, said second sidelong surface having a second well extending toward said first sidelong surface, said top surface being positioned on said bottom surface of said plate corresponding to said first member, said third block being oriented to be coextensive with said first member.

The kit according to claim 10, further comprising: a pair of rear wheels; and a pair of rear axles, each of said rear axles being extended through an associated one of said rear wheels and engaging an associated one of said first and second wells such that each of said rear wheels is spaced from an associated one of said first and second sidelong surfaces.

The kit according to claim 1, wherein said chair comprises: a primary section having a top side, a bottom side and a front side, said bottom side being coupled to said top surface corresponding to said plate, said primary section being positioned between said first end of said second member and said first member; and a secondary section extending upwardly from top side of said primary section, said secondary section being spaced from said front side of said primary section.
13. The kit according to claim 4, wherein said smoke stack is inserted into said second aperture in said first block.
14. The kit according to claim 13, wherein said breather has a cap and a stem, said stem being coupled to said upper surface of said first block, said breather being positioned between said back surface of said first block and said smoke stack.
15. The kit according to claim 4, wherein said steering wheel has a shaft, said shaft being inserted into said first aperture in said first block.
16. A modular ornament kit being configured to be selectively kit and suspended on a Christmas tree, said kit comprising: a vehicle body comprising: a plate having a first member being oriented transverse with respect to a second member, said second member having a first end and a second end, said first member being spaced from said first end such that said plate has a cross shape, said plate having a top surface and a bottom surface, a first block having an upper surface, a lower surface, a front surface and a back surface, said back surface angling rearward between said upper surface and said lower surface, said first block being positioned on said top surface corresponding to said second member having said back surface being aligned with an intersection between said first member and said second member such that said first block defines an engine housing of a tractor, said back surface having a first aperture extending inwardly therein, said upper surface having a second aperture extending toward said lower surface, said second aperture being positioned closer to said front surface than said back surface, a front wheel unit being selectively coupled to said vehicle body, said front wheel unit comprising: a second block having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first lateral surface and a second lateral surface, said top surface being positioned on said bottom surface of said plate, said second block being aligned with said second end of said second member, said second block having an aperture extending through said first and second lateral surfaces, said aperture in said second block being positioned closer to said bottom surface than said top surface, a front axle having a first end and a second end, said front axle being inserted through said aperture in said second block having each of said first end and said second end of said front axle being exposed, and a pair of front wheels, each of said front wheels insertably receiving an associated one of said first end and said second end of said front axle such that each of said front wheels is spaced from an associated one of said first lateral surface and said second lateral surface of said second block; a rear wheel unit being selectively coupled to said vehicle body, said rear wheel unit comprising: a third block having a top surface, a first sidelong surface and a second sidelong surface, said third block being elongated between said first and second sidelong surfaces, said first sidelong surface having a first well extending toward said second sidelong surface, said second sidelong surface having a second well extending toward said first sidelong surface, said top surface being positioned on said bottom surface of said plate corresponding to said first member, said third block being oriented to be coextensive with said first member, a pair of rear wheels, and a pair of rear axles, each of said rear axles being extended through an associated one of said rear wheels and engaging an associated one of said first and second wells such that each of said rear wheels is spaced from an associated one of said first and second sidelong surfaces; a chair being selectively coupled to said vehicle body, said chair comprising: a primary section having a top side, a bottom side and a front side, said bottom side being coupled to said top surface corresponding to said plate, said primary section being positioned between said first end of said second member and said first member, and a secondary section extending upwardly from top side of said primary section, said secondary section being spaced from said front side of said primary section; a smoke stack being coupled to said vehicle body, said smoke stack being inserted into said second aperture in said first block; a breather being coupled to said vehicle body, said breather having a cap and a stem, said stem being coupled to said upper surface of said first block, said breather being positioned between said back surface of said first block and said smoke stack; a steering wheel being coupled to said vehicle body, said steering wheel having a shaft, said shaft being inserted into said first aperture in said first block; and a pair of pins, each of said pins being inserted into said vehicle body wherein each of said pins is configured to be coupled to the Christmas tree thereby facilitating said vehicle body to be suspended from the Christmas tree in the convention of a Christmas ornament, each of said pins having a loop portion, said loop portion being positionable to extend outside of said vehicle body.

[0006] The disclosure and prior art relates to ornament devices and more particularly pertains to a new ornament device for selectively assembling an ornament.
BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a vehicle body. A front wheel unit is selectively coupled to the vehicle body and a rear wheel unit is selectively coupled to the vehicle body. A chair is selectively coupled to the vehicle body and a smoke stack is coupled to the vehicle body. A breather is coupled to the vehicle body and a steering wheel is coupled to the vehicle body. In this way the vehicle body, the front wheel unit, the rear wheel unit, the chair, the smoke stack, the breather and the steering wheel from a tractor. A pair of pins is provided and each of the pins is inserted into the vehicle body. Each of the pins is selectively coupled to the Christmas tree thereby facilitating the tractor to be suspended from the Christmas tree in the convention of a Christmas ornament.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0016] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new ornament device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.
[0017] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the modular ornament kit 10 generally comprises a vehicle body 12. The vehicle body 12 may be structured to resemble a farm tractor. The vehicle body 12 comprises a plate 14 that has a first member 16 being oriented transverse with respect to a second member 18. The second member 18 has a first end 20 and a second end 22. The first member 16 is spaced from the first end 20 such that the plate 14 has a cross shape. Moreover, the plate 14 has a top surface 24 and a bottom surface 26.
[0018] A first block 28 is provided that has an upper surface 30, a lower surface 32, a front surface 34 and a back surface 36. The back surface 36 angles rearwardly between the upper surface 30 and the lower surface 32. The lower surface 32 of the first block 28 is positioned on the top surface 24 corresponding to the second member 18. Additionally, the back surface 36 is aligned with an intersection between the first member 16 and the second member 18 such that the first block 28 defines an engine housing of a tractor. The back surface 36 has a first aperture 38 extending inwardly therein and the upper surface 30 has a second aperture 40 extending toward the lower surface 32. The second aperture 40 is positioned closer to the front surface 34 than the back surface 36.
[0019] A front wheel unit 42 is provided and the front wheel unit 42 is selectively coupled to the vehicle body 12. The front wheel unit 42 comprises a second block 44 that has a top surface 46, a bottom surface 48, a first lateral surface 50 and a second lateral surface 52. The top surface 24 is positioned on the bottom surface 26 of the plate 14 and the second block 44 is aligned with the second end 22 of the second member 18. The second block 44 has an aperture 54 extending through the first 50 and second 52 lateral surfaces and the aperture 54 in the second block 44 is positioned closer to the bottom surface 26 than the top surface 24.
[0020] A front axle 56 is provided that has a first end 58 and a second end 60. The front axle 56 is inserted through the aperture in the second block 44 having each of the first end 58 and the second end 60 of the front axle 56 being exposed. A pair of front wheels 62 is provided and each of the front wheels 62 insertably receives an associated one of the first end 20 and the second end 22 of the front axle 56. Each of the front wheels 62 is spaced from an associated one of the first lateral surface 50 and the second lateral surface 52 of the second block 44.
[0021] A rear wheel unit 64 is provided and the rear wheel unit 64 is selectively coupled to the vehicle body 12. The rear wheel unit 64 comprises a third block 66 that has a top surface 68, a first sidelong surface 70 and a second sidelong surface 72. The third block 66 is elongated between the first 70 and second 72 sidelong surfaces. The first sidelong surface 70 has a first well 74 extending toward the second sidelong surface 72. The second sidelong surface 72 has a second well 76 extending toward the first sidelong surface 70. Moreover, the top surface 24 is positioned on the bottom surface 26 of the plate 14 corresponding to the first member 16 and the third block 66 is oriented to be coextensive with the first member 16.
[0022] A pair of rear wheels 78 is provided and a pair of rear axles 80 is provided. Each of the rear axles 80 is extended through an associated one of the rear wheels 78 and engages an associated one of the first 74 and second 76 holes. Moreover, each of the rear wheels 78 is spaced from an associated one of the first 70 and second 72 sidelong surfaces. Each of the rear wheels 78 may have a diameter that is greater than a diameter corresponding to each of the front wheels 62.
[0023] A chair 82 is provided and the chair 82 is selectively coupled to the vehicle body 12. The chair 82 has a primary section 84 that has a top side 86, a bottom side 88 and a front side 90. The bottom side 88 is coupled to the top surface 24 corresponding to the plate 14. Additionally, the primary section 84 is positioned between the first end 20 of the second member 18 and the first member 16. The primary section 84 may have a cubic shape and a secondary section 92 extends upwardly from top side 86 of the primary section 84. The secondary section 92 is spaced from the front side 90 of the primary section 84 and the secondary section 92 may have a cubic shape.
[0024] A smoke stack 94 is provided and the smoke stack 94 is coupled to the vehicle body 12. The smoke stack 94 is inserted into the second aperture 40 in the first block 28. A breather 96 is provided and the breather 96 is coupled to the vehicle body 12. The breather 96 has a cap and a stem and the stem is coupled to the upper surface 30 of the first block 28. The breather 96 is positioned between the back surface 36 of the first block 28 and the smoke stack 94. A steering wheel 98 is provided and the steering wheel 98 is coupled to the vehicle body 12. The steering wheel 98 has a shaft and the shaft is inserted into the first aperture 38 in the first block 28.
[0025] A panel 100 is provided that has a first surface 102, a second surface 104 and a peripheral edge 106 extending therebetween and the peripheral edge 106 has a front side 108. The front side 108 is coupled to the first block 28. Additionally, the panel 100 has an opening 112 extending through the first 102 and second 104 surfaces such that the panel 100 resembles a hitch. A pair of pins 114 is provided and each of the pins 114 is inserted into the vehicle body 12. Each of the pins 114 is selectively coupled to the Christmas tree thereby facilitating the vehicle body 12 to be suspended from the Christmas tree in the convention of a Christmas ornament. In this way the vehicle body 12, the rear wheel unit 64, the front wheel unit 42, the smokestack, the breather 96, chair 82 and the steering wheel 98 are assembled to form a tractor.
[0026] In use, the lower surface 32 of the first block 28 is glued with an adhesive to the top surface 24 of the plate 14. The top surface 24 of the second block 44 is glued with an adhesive to the bottom surface 26 of the plate 14. The adhesive is applied to the front axle 56 and the front axle 56 is extended through the aperture in the second block 44. Each of the front wheels 62 is glued with the adhesive to the associated first 58 and second 60 ends of the front axle 56.
[0027] The top surface 24 of the third block 66 is glued with an adhesive to the bottom surface 26 of the plate 14 corresponding to the first member 16. Each of the rear axles 80 is extended through an associated one of the rear wheels 78. Additionally, each of the rear axles 80 is inserted into an associated one of the first 74 and second 76 holes. Each of the rear axles 80 is glued with an adhesive in each of the first 74 and second 76 holes. The primary section 84 of the chair 82 is glued with the adhesive to the top surface 24 of the plate 14.
[0028] The smoke stack 94 is glued into the second aperture 40 in the second block 44 and the breather 96 is glued to the upper surface 30 of the first block 28. The shaft of the steering wheel 98 is glued into the first aperture 38 in the first block 28. The front side 90 of the panel 100 is glued with the adhesive to the first block 28 and each of the pins 114 is manipulated to engage the vehicle body 12 at a selected position. The tractor is selectively painted when the tractor is assembled. Moreover, each of the pins 114 is suspended from the Christmas tree in the convention of an ornament. The tractor is selectively played with in the convention of a toy when the tractor is removed from the Christmas tree.
[0029] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, kit and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
