In addition, the system is operable to generate tabular output related to the item data. | 03-13-2014 |
20130253960 | MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE HAVING AN OUTPUT GENERATOR - A system is configured to store different categories of business data. The system is accessible by one or more electronic devices. The system is operable to feed business output data to the electronic devices. The business output data is importable into other systems. | 09-26-2013 |
20130238678 | DOCUMENT INTEGRATION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE - A system is configured to receive a data file from an electronic device. The system, in one embodiment, is operable to receive a user's selection of a party together with information input by the user. The system is operable to send the data file to the selected party. The system stores, in association with the selected party, the input information and data related to the sending of the data file. | 09-12-2013 |
20130007030 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOTELY DISPLAYING A LIST BY DETERMINING A QUANTITY OF DATA TO SEND BASED ON THE LIST SIZE AND THE DISPLAY CONTROL SIZE - A system and method for remotely displaying a plurality of data items is disclosed. The system determines a total quantity of displayable data items and optionally receives an indication of a display control size from a remote client. The server stores a threshold value indicating a relationship between a quantity of data items and a size of a display control. The server compares the quantity of data items and the received indication of the display control size. If the comparison exceeds the threshold value, the server sends a subset of the items to the remote client for display, and sends additional items as requested by the remote client. If the comparison is less than the threshold value, the server sends each of the items to the remote client for display. The server repeats this comparison for changes in the quantity of data items or the size of the display control. | 01-03-2013 |
20120272328 | METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR SECURE DATA EDITING - A system, method, and apparatus for secure data editing is disclosed. A data field receives focus to accept a data entry from a user. The user inputs a data entry into the data field via a user interface. A determination is made of whether a manual lock event, a change focus event, or a time out event has triggered based on the user's action or inaction with the user interface. Upon the triggering of a manual lock event, a change focus event, or a time out event, the data entry in the data field is obscured. The user interface may display a data entry with a validation character which provides a reference point within the data entry while the data entry is displayed and while the data entry is obscured. The system may allow a user to have a specified function set based on his user access level. | 10-25-2012 |
20100091317 | METHOD, SYSTEM, AND APPARATUS FOR SCANNING AND IMPORTING DOCUMENTS - A system, method, and apparatus for scanning and importing documents is disclosed. Specifically, the disclosed system provides a device for scanning documents and importing and forwarding scanned documents based on document identifiers. Documents are received and reviewed for entry into the document management system. An identifier is associated with each document based on the level of available information about the document. An identifier is assigned to each document. Each document with its assigned identifier is scanned. Documents are then imported into the document management system or forwarded to a recipient for additional review. Separator identifiers may be used to increase efficiency. Further, the system may allow certain users to use reporting functions to access information about the document management system and the recipients of documents. | 04-15-2010 |
20100076993 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOTELY DISPLAYING A LIST BY DETERMINING A QUANTITY OF DATA TO SEND BASED ON THE LIST SIZE AND THE DISPLAY CONTROL SIZE - A system and method for remotely displaying a plurality of data items is disclosed. | 03-25-2010 |
20100064375 | METHOD, SYSTEM AND APPARATUS FOR SECURE DATA EDITING - A system, method, and apparatus for secure data editing is disclosed. | 03-11-2010 |
20100064258 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DISPLAYING A MENU FOR ACCESSING HIERARCHICAL CONTENT DATA INCLUDING CACHING MULTIPLE MENU STATES - A system and method for displaying a set of hierarchical menu items is disclosed. Each menu item may be associated with at least one sub-item and/or with content data. Each sub-item may be associated with content data for display upon selection of the sub-item. The system simultaneously displays each menu item in a list format. Upon selection of one of the menu items, the system displays each sub-item associated with the selected menu item. For any selected sub-item, the system displays the display data associated with the selected sub-item and stores data indicating that the selected sub-item is the most recently-selected sub-item associated with the selected menu item. When any menu item is selected, the system determines the most recently-selected sub-item (if any) associated with the selected menu item and displays the display data associated with the most recently-selected sub-item. | 03-11-2010 |
20100064230 | METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOTELY DISPLAYING SCREEN FILES AND EFFICIENTLY HANDLING REMOTE OPERATOR INPUT - A system and method for remotely displaying screen files and for trapping a customized set of operator input is disclosed. A server generates and deploys a plurality of screen files to a remote client. The screen files each include a plurality of display control elements and a list of events to be trapped and forwarded to the server. The list of events may be optimized for each particular screen file. The remote client displays the plurality of display control elements and stores the list of events. For any event that occurs which is included in the list of events, such as a submit data event, the remote client sends data indicative of the event to the server. The server interprets the data indicative of the occurrence of the event, processes the event, and, if appropriate, generates and sends a command to update the displayed representation of the screen file. | 03-11-2010 |
20100060926 | METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR DELIVERING DOCUMENTS - The present disclosure provides methods and apparatus for delivering documents. A web based application server transmits a document to a distribution management system. The distribution management system then translates the document if necessary (e.g., from a spreadsheet to a PDF and a fax) and sends the translated document to one or more destinations such as email inboxes, printers, and fax machines. For fax deliveries, the distribution management system sends the document to a particular client device that is associated with the fax destination. For example, the client device that actually transmits the fax may reside at a company, and the fax machine may be at a customer of that company. In this manner, fax transmissions appear to come from the correct source (not the distribution management system), and transmission charges associated with the fax are incurred by the appropriate company (not the company associated with the distribution management system). | 03-11-2010 |
