20090026730 | BALL MOUNT AND HITCH BALL ASSEMBLY - An assembly provides for a ball mount, a hitch ball and means for securing the hitch ball to the ball mount. It also provides means for preventing rotation of the hitch ball during attachment of the hitch ball to the ball mount. This rotation-preventing means comprises a geometrically-profiled aspect of both the ball mount and the hitch ball such that the relative position of the two elements is maintained during attachment of the hitch ball to the ball mount as well as when the hitch ball is removed from the ball mount. | 01-29-2009 |
20100186465 | UNIVERSAL ELECTRONICS LOCK - A universal electronics lock ( | 07-29-2010 |
20100186466 | TROLLING MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY - A trolling motor lock assembly ( | 07-29-2010 |
20100192644 | OUTBOARD MOTOR LOCK ASSEMBLY - An outboard motor lock assembly ( | 08-05-2010 |
20120032416 | COMBINED TRAILER HITCH COUPLER GUIDE AND SECUREMENT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD - An assembly has a bracket attached to the hitch ball mount of a towing vehicle. The bracket is used with a first removable item which allows for the alignment of a trailer coupler with the hitch ball. Once the coupler has been aligned and attached to the hitch ball, the first removable item can be removed. The first accessory item is then replaced by a second removable item which allows for securement of the coupler to the hitch ball and prevents removal of the coupler from the hitch ball. The alignment and guide means of the first removable item is interchangeable with the securement means of the second removable item. The second removable item further provides means for locking the second removable item to the bracket. A method for guiding the coupler toward alignment with the hitch ball and for securing the coupler to the hitch ball is also provided. | 02-09-2012 |
20150258866 | OFF-VEHICLE TRAILER HITCH COUPLER LOCK AND ASSEMBLY - The device and assembly provides a structure having two ball-shaped ends that are integrally formed as a single structure. With one of the balls inserted into a trailer coupler, the clamping device of the coupler can be locked as it would be when connected to a trailer hitch ball. The device and assembly of the present invention is intended to be a “filler” structure which prevents theft of a trailer using the coupler because the coupler cavity is filled and locked. Preferably, the ball ends are made of a single piece of hard plastic, nylon or metal material (although plastic is preferred for a light-weight structure) and connected to a cable that allows the device to be suspended from the coupler for use when necessary. Each ball is sized in accordance with at least two different sizes of hitch balls that are used in the coupler market. | 09-17-2015 |
