20090104049 | Sliding Vane Pump - The present disclosure provides a fluid pump having a pump motor a pump drive shaft and a vane pump assembly. The vane pump assembly includes pump housing with a fluid inlet port in a distal portion of the housing and a fluid outlet port in a proximate portion. A first bearing member, having a plurality of inlet orifices in flow communication with the fluid inlet port, is disposed within the housing distal portion. A cam ring is adjacent the first bearing member. A rotor, which is on mounted the pump drive shaft, is disposed within an opening in the cam ring. This rotor includes a plurality of radial slots and vanes slidably received within the slots. A second bearing member, having a plurality of outlet orifices in flow communication with the fluid outlet port, is lo disposed within the housing proximate portion adjacent the cam ring. An end plate is also mounted within the distal portion of the pump housing. Rotation of the rotor by the drive shaft causes fluids from the fluid inlet port to be drawn through the plurality of inlet orifices at an initial fluid pressure. The fluid are then directed along a plurality of fluid flow paths disposed between an inner surface of the cam ring and an outer surface of the rotor, and then ejected through the plurality of outlet orifices to the fluid outlet port at a second fluid pressure which is greater than the initial fluid pressure. | 04-23-2009 |
20090180913 | Sliding Vane Pump with Internal Cam Ring - The present disclosure provides a fluid pump having a pump motor, a pump drive shaft and a vane pump assembly. The pump assembly includes a pump housing having fluid inlet and outlet ports. The pump assembly also includes a distal bearing member having first and second sides and a second side, a plurality of inlet orifices, and a cavity formed in the second side. A first cam ring, having an elliptical interior opening, is disposed within the pump housing adjacent the distal bearing member. A rotor is disposed within the opening in the first cam ring. This rotor has first and second sides, a cavity in the first side, and a plurality of radial slots for sliding vanes. The vane pump assembly also includes a second cam ring, having an elliptical shape, disposed in the cavities formed in the distal bearing member second side and the rotor first side. In addition, the vane pump assembly includes a proximate bearing member disposed within the pump housing adjacent the first cam ring and having a plurality of outlet orifices. | 07-16-2009 |
20120213657 | FLUID PUMP MECHANICAL SEAL - A fluid pump having a pump motor, pump housing, and pump seal enclosure disposed between the pump motor and the pump housing. A pump drive shaft is rotatably driven by the pump motor and extends through the pump seal enclosure and a drive shafting opening into a pumping chamber of the pump housing. A drive shaft seal assembly is disposed within the pump seal enclosure and includes a spring seat, rotary ring, stationary ring, and compressible spring each disposed coaxially with the drive shaft. The spring seat includes a first alignment mechanism and the rotary ring includes a second alignment mechanism for engaging the first alignment mechanism. The stationary ring is fastened to the pump seal enclosure adjacent the drive shaft opening, and the compressible spring biases the rotary ring against the stationary ring. | 08-23-2012 |
20130062811 | PLASTIC PUMP HOUSING AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF - A method of making a pump housing that is net-molded and immediately assumes its final shape and design specification without requiring more than de minimis secondary machining processes. The method utilizes molds and cores configured such that none of the fluid ports of the housing produced using the molds and cores have any intersecting geometry. | 03-14-2013 |
20140021650 | Plastic Pump Housing and Manufacture Thereof - A method of making a pump housing that is net-molded and immediately assumes its final shape and design specification without requiring more than de minimis secondary machining processes. The method utilizes molds and cores configured such that none of the fluid ports of the housing produced using the molds and cores have any intersecting geometry. The net-molded pump housing may also include a cross-tube insert providing flow communication between a fluid inlet port and a pressure relief port. | 01-23-2014 |
20150132429 | PLASTIC PUMP HOUSING AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF - A method of making a pump housing that is net-molded and immediately assumes its final shape and design specification without requiring more than de minimis secondary machining processes. 20110264681 | METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PERFORMING SEARCHES IN A MULTI-TENANT DATABASE ENVIRONMENT - Techniques for searching in a multitenant database environment. A graphical user interface is provided that includes a search functionality for searching a database within a multitenant database environment. The multitenant environment includes data for multiple client entities, each identified by a tenant identifier (ID) having one of one or more associated users. Users of the client identities can only access data identified by their tenant ID. The multitenant environment is at least a hosted database provided by an entity separate from the client entities, and provides on-demand database service to the client entities. Suggested search results are provided in response to user-generated search query input. The suggested search results are based on monitored usage patterns corresponding to a user and are refined in response to subsequent user-generated search query input. Search results are provided based on the user-generated search query input and/or a user selection from the suggested search results. | 10-27-2011 |
20120130973 | VIRTUAL OBJECTS IN AN ON-DEMAND DATABASE ENVIRONMENT - In accordance with embodiments disclosed herein, there are provided mechanisms and methods for implementing virtual objects in an on-demand database environment. For example, in one embodiment, mechanisms include receiving a data request at a host organization, wherein the data request specifies a first data source internal to the host organization and further specifies a second data source external to the host organization; retrieving first data results from the first data source based on the data request; retrieving second data results from the second data source based on the data request; and returning aggregated data results responsive to the data request based on the first data results and the second data results retrieved. In one embodiment, the internal data source is a multi-tenant database within the host organization. | 05-24-2012 |
20130054583 | PERSONALIZING SCOPING AND ORDERING OF OBJECT TYPES FOR SEARCH - A method of establishing personalized limits on a search responsive to a key word query in an enterprise search system is described that includes receiving an object types access history for a particular user. Applying this method, the object types access history includes records of object types selected from search results returning multiple object types and records of object types selected via interfaces other than search results. The method continues with determining and storing in computer readable memory a personalized scope of object types. The personalized scope of object types sets a limit on object types initially returned by an enterprise search system for the particular user in response to key word queries by the particular user that do not specify object types to search. | 02-28-2013 |
20140019439 | SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PERFORMING SMART SEARCHES - A multi-tenant server system for executing search queries includes a database that stores multi-tenant data including data objects having associated data records for a plurality of users associated with a plurality of tenants, and a server system including a processor. The processor is configured to execute a method including the steps of applying search queries to the multi-tenant database and providing a search result set including a plurality of data objects each having at least one data record. The method further includes reordering the search result set according to predetermined scoping criteria based on individual user histories, including recency and frequency metrics, to produce a reordered search result set. The reordered set is filtered based on predetermined permission criteria associated with each user, and displayed. | 01-16-2014 |
