20080217824 | Device for Suspending a Unit Such that Vibrations are Damped - The invention relates to a device for suspending a unit, especially a hydraulic unit of an electronically traction-controlled brake system of a motor vehicle. The unit is suspended in a receptacle provided on the vehicle such that vibrations are damped. Hydraulic units of vehicle brake systems are usually equipped with an electric motor for driving pumps located in the hydraulic unit. The brake pressure in the wheel brakes can be modulated via the pumps. The pump drive can cause mechanical and hydraulic vibrations in the unit which can result in unwanted operational noise in case said vibrations are transmitted to the vehicle body without being damped. The improved device is manually preloaded due to limited space for using tools. A clamping mechanism is guided in an axially movable manner on an armature which is fixed to the hydraulic unit and which can be moved from a basic position into a clamping position. The clamping mechanism is interlocked with the armature in both positions. | 09-11-2008 |
20090072616 | HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - The invention relates to a hydraulic braking system having a device for controlling brake slip, drive slip, and/or the driving stability of a vehicle. Among other things, such devices use pumps, valves, and reservoirs to control brake pressure in the wheel brakes in accordance with wheel slip occurring at the particular wheels. These components are in contact with each via a hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit is built into a hydraulic block that has spaces for installing the components and channels for hydraulic contact. The invention makes possible a particularly compact and reduced-weight design of the hydraulic bloc and at the same time low manufacturing costs. For this purpose an advantageous layout and sealing of channels relative to each other and to the surrounding area is provided. | 03-19-2009 |
20120141304 | Pump Housing for a Hydraulic Unit in a Motor Vehicle - A pump housing for a hydraulic unit in a motor vehicle, includes a body that is provided with openings for accommodating components of an associated pump. One of the external surfaces of the body is designed such that a motor can be mounted thereon. A cutting process is not used to machine the external surface for mounting the motor. | 06-07-2012 |
20120177516 | Pump Housing of a Motor Vehicle Hydraulic Unit with at Least One Main Cylinder Connection Opening - In a pump housing ( | 07-12-2012 |
20120223211 | DEVICE FOR VIBRATION-DAMPING MOUNTING OF A FLUID ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED FLUID ASSEMBLY - A device for vibration-damping mounting of a vehicle brake system fluid assembly in a receiving opening includes a stay bolt, an elastic damping element in the form of a sleeve through which the stay bolt passes, a clamping sleeve guided by the stay bolt, and a screw element having an internal thread. The stay bolt comprises a connecting pin and a threaded shank having an external thread onto which the screw element can be screwed in order to move the clamping sleeve axially on the stay bolt towards the elastic damping element. The clamping sleeve and the screw element are in the form of a one-piece clamping element having a bearing shoulder, wherein the axial force generated by the clamping element as a result of the screwing-on movement acts via the bearing shoulder on the elastic damping element. A fluid assembly includes at least one such device for vibration-damping mounting. | 09-06-2012 |
20130330181 | Pump Housing, in Block Form, of a Vehicle Brake System, and Method for Producing the Same - In a pump housing, in block form, of a vehicle brake system, having a top side which is manufactured to final dimensions and a bottom side which is manufactured to final dimensions, the final dimensions of the top side and of the bottom side are obtained by means of a non-cutting deformation process starting from a blank. | 12-12-2013 |
20140366524 | Pump Housing for a Motor Vehicle Hydraulic Assembly with a Connection for a Wheel Pressure Sensor or a Master Brake Cylinder Pressure Sensor - A pump housing has at least two inlet valve openings located in a first row, at least two outlet valve openings located in a subsequent second row, and at least one high-pressure switching valve opening and at least one changeover valve opening located in a further subsequent fourth row. At least one connection for a wheel pressure sensor is positioned in a third row between the second and fourth rows. At least one connection for a master cylinder pressure sensor is positioned in a fifth row following the fourth row. | 12-18-2014 |
