20080251250 | Annular Isolators for Expandable Tubulars in Wellbores - The present disclosure addressed apparatus and methods for forming an annular isolator in a borehole after installation of production tubing. Annular seal means are carried in or on production tubing as it is run into a borehole. In conjunction with expansion of the tubing, the seal is deployed to form an annular isolator. An inflatable element carried on the tubing may be inflated with a fluid carried in the tubing and forced into the inflatable element during expansion of the tubing. Reactive chemicals may be carried in the tubing and injected into the annulus to react with each other and ambient fluids to increase in volume and harden into an annular seal. An elastomeric sleeve, ring or band carried on the tubing may be expanded into contact with a borehole wall and may have its radial dimension increased in conjunction with tubing expansion to form an annular isolator. | 10-16-2008 |

20130247914 | OBESITY HYPVENTILATION SYNDROME TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD - A pressurized flow of breathable gas is delivered to the airway of a subject in accordance with a therapy regimen. The therapy regimen calls for maintenance of an average tidal volume. The therapy ensures that the subject breaths at a therapeutic breath rate. The breath rate may be determined dynamically based on breathing of the subject early on in a therapy session and/or based on a detected wakefulness of the subject. Inspiration for spontaneous and non-spontaneous breaths may be supported at different levels. The therapy regimen further maintains a beneficial positive end expiratory pressure, to reduce respiratory obstructions and/or for other purposes. | 09-26-2013 |

20130226318 | PROCESS TRANSFORMATION AND TRANSITIONING APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS - The PROCESS TRANSFORMATION AND TRANSITIONING APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“PTT”) transform unoptimized locally-deployable baseline processes via PTT components into custom globally optimized processes and transition materials. In one implementation, the PTT obtains a baseline process optimization request via a processor, including a unoptimized locally-deployable baseline process. The PTT provides a notification of receipt of the baseline process optimization request, obtains a sub-process identification input, and resolves, via the processor, the unoptimized locally-deployable baseline process into one or more baseline sub-processes. Also, the PTT accesses a process template database for sub-process templates matching the resolved baseline sub-processes, and identifies, via the processor, sub-process templates matching the resolved baseline sub-processes using a matching procedure. The PTT modifies, via the processor, the identified sub-process templates according impact determinations generated using the matching procedure to generate custom globally optimized sub-processes, and stores the modified custom globally optimized sub-processes in a database. | 08-29-2013 |

20130236870 | Online Interactive Practice System - An online, interactive practice system is provided, which allows users to practice skills and to learn about desired subjects using interactive, multimedia practice modules (tools) relating to desired subjects. The system includes a computer system in communication with a plurality of remote user devices via a network, a plurality of multimedia practice modules stored in a database of the computer system each including a lesson relating to a healthcare-related topic and allowing a user to practice a skill relating to the lesson, and a common directory structure for aggregating each of the plurality of multimedia practice modules. The system transmits a software module corresponding to a selected multimedia practice module to at least one of the plurality of remote user devices, for execution thereby to generate a virtual practice environment where the user can view a lesson and virtually practice a skill relating to the lesson. | 09-12-2013 |

20110119464 | DATA STORAGE SYSTEM COMPRISING A MAPPING BRIDGE FOR ALIGNING HOST BLOCK SIZE WITH PHYSICAL BLOCK SIZE OF A DATA STORAGE DEVICE - A data storage system is disclosed comprising a non-volatile memory and a first interface operable to receive a write command from a host, the write command comprising a host write data block having a host logical block size. A block mapping bridge divides the host write data block into a plurality of transfer data blocks, wherein each transfer data block having a device logical block size smaller than the host logical block size. The transfer data blocks are transmitted through a second interface to control circuitry that accumulates the transfer data blocks into a physical data block having a device physical block size equal to a first integer multiple of the device logical block size, wherein the host logical block size is a second integer multiple of the device physical block size. The physical data block is then written to the non-volatile memory. | 05-19-2011 |
