These silicone microparticles are capable of absorbing a large amount of the above oily substances, are able to ameliorate various problems caused by sebum such as changes in cosmetic make-up properties, changes in the color of cosmetic materials and increased shininess of cosmetic materials, and are also able to suppress the greasiness, stickiness, and oily film feeling of cosmetic materials containing at least one of liquid oils composed of hydrocarbon oils and ester oils.
